How many files can I send on the monthly plan?
As many jobs as you need that month. Each job can hold up to five related sheets, and each one comes back with its own charted summary report inside 24 hours.
Do I need an account?
Yes, for monthly reporting — that is what keeps your plan and your past reports with you across devices. The one-off $49 and $149 cleanups need no account at all.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and everything already delivered stays downloadable.
What if one month is quiet?
Then the plan is poor value that month, and we would rather say so than hide it. If you send a file or two a quarter, pay per job instead.
Is my data kept private?
Your files are used to produce your cleanup and report, nothing else. We never sell data, and you can ask us to delete a job at any time by emailing tidysheet@mail.acoco.ai.
